Shipping Prices Explained
The Modish Hostess® products are made to be of the highest quality standards. In pursuit of keeping our prices as low as possible we do not build in profit for the cost of shipping. The shipping price has nothing to do with how much the product costs. Shipping prices are based on the weight of the product you are ordering and the location it is traveling to. Only with your continued support, and confidence in our brand can we continue to grow.
Eventually adding distribution facilities near your location that will help us to bring shipping cost down and pass the savings on to you.
No Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Addresses, or P.O. Boxes
For ground deliveries to PO Boxes or Military addresses, Hawaii and Alaska please email customer service for a quote.
Our products are made to order. Therefore, depending on the color, style and finish you choose it may take up to 4 days in production.

Returns must be authorized by a Customer Service representative. Customer must provide a return tracking number, Order Number and items to be returned in order to receive a refund.
1. All items should be in brand new condition and shipped in the original product packaging.
2. Contact our Customer Service department. They will confirm your claim for a return or exchange. Please provide your ORDER NUMBER and reason for return.
3. Put your ORDER NUMBER on the box and securley pack items with the same care we have in order to prevent breakage.
4. Allow up to one week upon return of goods for funds to be credited to your original method of payment (minus any original shipping costs) or an exchange made.
All carrier costs including original shipping charges and shipping charges incurred for any returns or exchanges are not refundable.
US CUSTOMERS We ask that you do not send any returns to our Canadian address or you will be responsible for paying any additional duties & fees imposed by Customs. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and you’d like to return or exchange your order, please choose the carrier of your choice, however, we do suggest you choose a carrier that will allow you to track your package(s)
